This is very interesting to understand that:

  1. In previous 4 years, there are 14 questions that came in the board examinations & only 3 questions were repeated in previous 4 years.
  2. Seven questions came from A Baker from Goa, Five Question came from Coorg and Two questions came from Tea from Assam. Hence A Baker from Goa is important from Board Examination point of view.
  3. Question 1, 10 & 11 were repeated only. Tea from Assam is important only for the legends about Tea. Hence a student must learn the 2 legends [Stories about origin of Tea] only for this chapter.
  4. There are few important terms in A Baker from Goa i.e. Paders, Kabai and Bol. Student must learn these terms, As you can, Question 3 and Question 7 answer is Kabai, the dress worn by paders [Baker]
  5. Coorg is a chapter that needs complete study for Examinations. The main reason is that questions came from different parts of the chapter. But natural wealth and impact of Alexander on the genetics of Kodavu people is a must learn part.
  6. A Baker from Goa is also an important chapter from comprehension point of view. Except 2018, comprehension has come in 2017, 2019 & 2020.
  7. Legends about the origin of Tea is again an important part of the chapter from comprehension point of view. In 2017 & 2018, Parts dealing with these legends appear in examinations.
