Misogyny is related to dislike, hatred and prejudice against a women by a person. The person who is engaged with dislike, hatred and prejudice against the women is considered to be a Misogynist.

Modern psychology has given the reason of misogyny. It is hard to believe that even the misogynist have no idea about his hatred towards a woman.
Just like a seed, with all possible conditions of growth, becomes a tree likewise misogyny develops into the subconscious mind without any awareness by the person itself.
Psychology says that encounter with an abusive mother, sister or a partner may plant a seed of unconscious hatred for woman. Slowly it develops into the memory area of the brain. Later it affects the decision making and emotional behavior of a person completely

Education, Knowledge, Leadership qualities, passion and zeal for growth; all become useless when they are related to women. It is most common behavior of Misogynist to stop women from achieving top positions at workplace.
It is only the misogynist that will use all possible strategies to stop a woman from gaining momentum in her career. He feels terrible working under a woman boss.

Mr. X is a reputed government official. His wife is also a reputed official in some other organization. They live together as parents of two young boys with a good social reputation. But communication among Mr.X and Mrs X is almost negligible.

How to deal with a Misogynist
Misogyny is a social accepted norm; don’t feel terrible, this is a reality. When a Misogynist doesn’t know his own misogyny, how can we expect others to notice such behavior?
A woman may know about misogynist when someone is intruding her ways for success, bullying her for useless things & insults her whenever opportunity comes his way.
What options woman may have for misogynist?
A woman may fight or argue with such people but this cannot be a permanent and good decision. Believe: never try to do any messy conversation with such people.
Misogyny is a personality trait that developed with time under some specific nurturing and family conditions. It is a full-fledged ideology which cannot be dealt with any argument and fight.
But ideology can change. It may take sometime but few valid and rational experiences by the person itself can trigger a contemplation on own thought process.
A woman must not bother about such people at workplace, at home and or some other place. She should follow her own ways for life. Indeed she can say these little things to a misogynist.

Time has changed now. There are less opportunity and plenty of aspirants. Peace & satisfaction in life is missing. People must understand that any psychological prejudice against anyone can lead to more disturbance.
