Government of India launches various scheme time to time for rural India. SVAMITVA stands for Survey of Village Abadi and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Area. Its aims is to survey of inhabited areas of villages using progressive technology to provide an integrated solution for property validation in rural India. Ministry of Panchayati Raj is the nodal ministry to implement Svamitva. The Revenue Department Department is the nodal department.

Companies are expected to give boost to Aatma Nirbhar Bharat and this award is given by Technology Development Board (TDB), a statutory body of Government of India functioning under Department of Science & Technology. These awards are given for successful commercialization of innovative indigenous technologies. Government of India is now working for Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Yojana. भारत बहुत ही सुंदर व मर्यादित देश है। भारत की संस्कृति विशाल और सभ्य है, लेकिन समय के अनुसार संस्कृति के मायने बदल गए है । आज संस्कृति का मतलब केवल धर्म की परंपराओं का निर्वहन करना रह गया है, लेकिन वास्तव में संस्कृति का अर्थ धर्म की परंपराओं का या रूढ़िवादिताओं का अन्य किसी भी प्रकार की मान्यताओं का निर्वहन करना नहीं है। संस्कृति का अर्थ है सभ्य, सुसज्जित, सुनियोजित और सुव्यवस्थित सुंदर तरीके से जीवन जीना और जीवन जीने के लिए, दूसरों को प्रेरित करना, दूसरों के जीवन की इज्जत करनाc संस्कृति मूर्ति के सामने बैठकर पूजा पाठ करने में नहीं है

India is a vast nation. Large Section of Population is still dependent on Public Distribution System for their Food requirements. Government is trying to achieve this through One Nation, One Ration Card. But what is this facility? This is dream project initiated by Government of India to ensure food security to all the beneficiaries irrespective of their physical location in the country. It was announced by Honorable Finance Minister, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman.

Government of India constitutes various committees and Commissions to review and monitor any legislative process. Shanta Kumar Committee is one of them. This was a high level committee (HLC) constituted by Government of India under the chairmanship of Dr. Shanta Kumar and six other members. It was constituted on 20th August 2014. Under the preview of National Food Security Act 2013, this committee received more than 300 representatives.

On 8th December 2020, Doctors all across the nation, after a call from Indian Medical Association, protested against Mixopathy. But What is Mixopathy? According to Quartz India, “The meaning of Mixopathy, as used by the doctors, is a critical way to refer to what they see as an effort to integrate different kinds of alternative medicine systems, like homeopathy and Ayurveda, with modern medical science.” Comparative analysis is also present.

बीते कुछ महीनों में हम आदमखोर बन चुके होते, गर वो ना होता। चुन-चुन कर हम एक-दूसरे का मांस खाने के लिए विवश भी हो चुके होते, अगर वो ना होता। भारतीय संसद के द्वारा 27 सितंबर 2020 को, तीन कृषि बिलों को पास किया गया। राज्यसभा में यह बिल ध्वनि मत से पारित किए गए। वह बात अलग है कि सारा विपक्ष डिवीज़न ऑफ वोट की मांग पर अड़ा रहा, लेकिन सरकार ने उनकी बात नहीं मानी। सन 1995 से लेकर अब तक यानी पिछले 25 सालों में करीबन 3 लाख ज्यादा किसानों ने आत्महत्यायें की है। वैश्विक जलवायु परिवर्तन और प्राकृतिक आपदा या आसमानी जुल्मों की मार। 

Girl education in India was a mirage in early nineteenth century.  It was the determination of Savitri Bai Phule, that made the dream of girl education in India, a reality. She is the one of the most powerful women this soil had ever given birth to. But if someone says in 21st century, we are still struggling for girl education, it will seem unrealistic. Girls are still forced to leave their education and studies. I am sharing one of my memoirs that shakes me even today. 

भारत एक अति सुंदर विभिन्नताओ से भरा देश है। विभिन्नता इस के नाम से ही शुरू हो जाती है। भारत के नाम – भारत, हिंदुस्तान, इंडिया, यंगिस्तान, सिंध देश, हिंदू देश, आर्य और भी अनेकों नाम इतिहास में इस देश के लिए लिए गए हैं। इसी प्रकार इस भारत देश में प्राकृतिक विविधता भी बहुत है। कहीं बर्फ से ढकी चोटियां कहीं, लहलाते घास के मैदान, कहीं जल से भरी हुई नदिया, कहीं सूखे मैदान, कहीं पथरीली जमीन। अनेक प्रकार की प्राकृतिक संपदा से भरा है भारत देश। भारत ने इसे अभी नहीं जाना है, अब तक नहीं पहचाना है जबकि पड़ोसी देशों के साथ साथ पूरे विश्व ने इस कमजोरी को बखूबी समझ लिया है।

Recent tragic incident of death after brutal rape and assault on a girl in Hathras (Uttar Pradesh) raised this question. Why crimes against SC/ST are increasing? Ajay Lilrain in one of his articles apprehended that rape will be common soon. And yes, it is an absolute truth. Now we are noticing cases with extreme brutality. There was continuous demand to shift the victim to AIIMS for better treatment. When hope for her survival was ended.

बलात्कार, व्यक्ति के मन और शरीर पर लगा एक ऐसा दाग है जिसे वो चाह कर भी पूरी उम्र मिटा नही पाता। ये एक ऐसा रोग है जिससे कोई भी व्यक्ति, ना ही आदमी और ना ही औरत, ग्रसित होना चाहेगा। न तो कोई भी व्यक्ति ये चाहेगा कि उसका कभी भी बलात्कार हो और न ही वो ये चाहेगा कि वो बलात्कारी के नाम से मशहूर हो। फिर भी बलात्कार करने वालों की संख्या बेहिसाब है। ये एक ऐसा देश है जो अपने देश में बढ़ती हुई बलात्कार की दर के मामले में , बलात्कार के बदले हुए कानून को जिम्मेदार ठहराता है। जिसमें यौन हिंसा, यौन उत्पीड़न जैसी Term भी बलात्कार में ही शामिल है।

अमलतास के पेड़ पर, अप्रैल के इन गर्म दिनों में अचानक से एक पक्षी की आवाज सुनाई दी जिसे यहां की स्थानीय भाषा में काबर बोला जाता है। कई वर्षों से खामोश काबर की आवाज आज की पीढ़ी को तो शायद पता भी नहीं है। अचानक से घरों के अंदर चिड़िया ने अपना बसेरा खोजना शुरू कर दिया है, जो चिड़िया हमें नजर ही आनी बंद हो गई थी उसका विश्वास मनुष्य पर दोबारा से लौटने लगा है। शहर की सड़कों पर अचानक से नीलगाय एवं हिरन लौट आए हैं शायद उन्हें लगा है कि यह शहर जहां उनकी जान के दुश्मन लोग रहते हैं अचानक से उनके प्रति इतने मेहरबान क्यों हो गए?

यह मेरा किसी भी तरह का पहला लेख है। कलम ने आज अचानक चलना शुरू नहीं किया है, यह कलम चल पड़ती है कुछ आंतरिक उद्वेलनाओ पर, कुछ असामाजिक ताने-बानो पर, और चंद पंक्तियां लिख कर बस मेरे मन को सुकून मिल जाता है। मेरा पहला लेख चिंतनशील, प्रगतिशील व परिवर्तनशील विचारों के लिए एक नई सोच, एक नई विचारधारा में एक नया विषय साबित होगा। सबका अपना एक देश है और सबको अपना देश जी जान से प्यारा है। मेरा देश भारत, भारतवर्ष, हिंदुस्तान, इंडिया और अब यंगिस्तान। लेकिन इस यंगिस्तान का युवा उच्च शिक्षित और उच्च प्रशिक्षित होने के बावजूद भी –

भूख का वायरस सबसे खतरनाक और भयावह है, जिसकी चपेट में आकर लोग धीमी-धीमी मौत मर रहे हैं और हैरत की बात है कि किसी को पता भी नही चल रहा। कोरोना के केस में तो फिर भी लोगों की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कुछ काम करने में सक्षम होती है लेकिन भूख की बात आये तो शरीर की सारी क्षमताएं हवा हो जाती हैं। अब क्योंकि कोरोना तो वैश्विक महामारी है, इससे निपटने के लिए हमारे पास धनराशि है, अगर नही है तो इंतजाम हो जाएगा। लेकिन जिनके घरों में रात की रोटी का जुगाड़ तभी होता है, जब दिन में की हुई मजदूरी के पैसे मिलते हैं, उनका क्या?
